Over the past years, as Kairos progressed through 6 successful weekends in the "C" facility, the prison staff and management has noticed the difference amongst the population and out on the yard.

The CSP-Sac Advisory Council was approached by Warden's Office requesting we duplicate our program in the "B" facility.

After much discussion, considerations and planning, the Ad Council decided we could support both yards by alternating between the "C" and "B" facilities during the year. We will conduct a Kairos Weekend in the "B" facility during the Spring and in the "C" facility in the Fall.

We also dedicated ourselves to expanding our people and fiscal resources to a level that would accommodate two weekends in each facility in the near future. This means enough team members to fill inside and outside teams 4 times a year as well as the finances to operate the weekends. Even more important, no Christian outreach can run without God and the prayer's of his people.

With this commitment, we will be reaching out to our communities in a more aggressive manner, conducting fund raisers and working toward more exposure to churches, Tres Dias groups and social organizations.

It takes EVERYONE to make this program successful.
